IDVYNSO dosing & administration<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The recommended dosage of IDVYNSO is one tablet containing 100 mg<\/span> of doravirine and 0.25 mg<\/span>\u2028of islatravir orally once daily with or without food.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

a<\/sup>If IDVYNSO is co-administered with rifabutin, take one tablet of IDVYNSO once daily as recommended, followed by one tablet of doravirine (PIFELTRO\u00ae)\u2028100 mg<\/span> approximately 12 hours after the dose of IDVYNSO for the duration of rifabutin co-administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
