About IDVYNSOTM<\/sup> (doravirine\/islatravir)<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

IDVYNSO is a two-drug combination of doravirine, a HIV-1 non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI), and islatravir, a nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI), and is indicated as a complete regimen for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults to replace the current antiretroviral regimen in those who are virologically-suppressed (HIV-1 RNA less than 50 copies per mL) on a stable antiretroviral regimen with no history of virologic treatment failure and no known substitutions associated with resistance to doravirine.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

IDVYNSO is the first and only non-INSTI, tenofovir-free<\/mark><\/strong>, once-daily, complete two-drug \u2028regimen to demonstrate non-inferior efficacy in a head-to-head Phase 3 trial versus three-drug regimen Biktarvy<\/em>\u00ae (BIC\/FTC\/TAF).a<\/sup> IDVYNSO also demonstrated non-inferior efficacy in an open-label Phase 3 trial in which participants were switched to IDVYNSO from an oral baseline ART (bART).1<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n
