vivid360-spacer spacer-8\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extending PREVYMIS\u00ae (letermovir) primary prophylaxis through Day 200 is recommended for high-risk HSCT recipients (B-I)<sup>2<\/sup>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color:transparent;height:8px\" class=\"wp-block-vivid360-spacer vivid360-spacer spacer-8\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div through 200 days for high-risk HSCT recipients<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color:transparent;height:8px\" class=\"wp-block-vivid360-spacer vivid360-spacer spacer-8\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Acyclovir-based prophylaxis for herpes simplex virus and herpes zoster virus is also recommended while on letermovir due to lack of activity of PREVYMIS against these 2 viruses (B-I).<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color:transparent;height:16px\" class=\"wp-block-vivid360-spacer vivid360-spacer spacer-16\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The safety and effectiveness of PREVYMIS have not been established for HSCT recipients less than 6 months of age or weighing less than 6 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color:transparent;height:16px\" class=\"wp-block-vivid360-spacer vivid360-spacer spacer-16 spacer-undefined\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PREVYMIS\u00ae (letermovir) primary prophylaxis recommended for pediatric CMV R+ allogeneic HSCT recipients (A-II)<sup>2<\/sup>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color:transparent;height:8px\" class=\"wp-block-vivid360-spacer vivid360-spacer spacer-8\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div of evidence supporting the recommendation<sup>3<\/sup>: \u2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">I \u2013 evidence from at least one properly randomized, controlled trial; II \u2013 evidence for at least one well-designed clinical trial without randomization, from cohort or case-controlled analytic studies (preferable from more than one center) or from multiple time-series, or
