SIVEXTRO Dosing Overview<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

SIVEXTRO offers flexible dosing suitable for the outpatient setting<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
  • One 200 mg tablet, 200 mg administered once daily for six (6) days either orally or as an intravenous (IV) infusion in patients 12 years of age or older.<\/li>
  • Tablets may be taken with or without food and without any dietary restrictions<\/li>
  • No dose adjustment
    • For renal or hepatic insufficiency, weight, race, gender, or age<\/li>
    • Between IV and oral administration<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Short, 6-day course of treatment for Acute Bacterial Skin and Skin Structure Infections (ABSSSI) in adult and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older.<\/strong>
