How to request samples, vouchers, and/or coupons

To request samples, vouchers, and/or coupons, log in to Merck Connect or register for a Merck Connect account. During registration, please select NPI (National Provider Identifier) as the license type and provide your NPI number. You will then be directed to SampleCenter, which will require you to register using your last name and NPI number.

Before navigating to SampleCenter, please ensure your Merck Connect profile contains NPI (National Provider Identifier) as the license type and provide your NPI number.

Shipping time

Available samples are shipped as soon as the appropriate authorization has been received. Eligible, validated MDs, DOs, and other licensed practitioners (depending on state-level requirements) can expect to receive samples within 3–5 business days of Merck receiving the signed and dated Sample Request Form.
